Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect through argosinsure.com and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The Spanish version is a courtesy translation. If the two versions differ, the English version controls.
1. Who we are
Argos Insurance Group, LLC (“Argos,” “we,” or “us”) is an independent insurance agency based in Middlesex, New Jersey. This policy applies to this website and to the information you share with us by form, phone, text, or email.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. Name, phone number, email, address, date of birth, driver and vehicle details, business details, current coverage, and claims or loss history, plus anything else you enter in a form or tell us, as needed to shop and service your insurance.
- Quote forms. Our online quote forms are provided by NowCerts, an insurance agency management system. What you enter in those forms is sent to us through NowCerts.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our web host and security tools may record your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you visit, so the site stays secure and working properly.
3. How we use it
- To answer your questions and respond to your requests.
- To request quotes from insurance carriers on your behalf, place coverage, and service your policy, including changes, certificates, renewals, and claims help.
- To contact you about your request or policy by phone, text, or email.
- To send renewal reminders and occasional updates about your coverage. You can opt out at any time.
- To keep our website and business secure, prevent fraud, and meet legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Who we share it with
- Insurance carriers and other insurance market partners, to quote and place the coverage you ask for.
- Service providers that help us run the agency, such as agency software, website hosting, email, phone and text services, and e-signature tools. They may use your information only to do their job for us.
- Regulators, courts, and other authorities when the law requires it, or to protect against fraud and protect our rights.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is ever sold or reorganized.
We do not sell your personal information or share it with outside companies so they can market to you.
5. Cookies and third-party tools
This website does not currently use advertising pixels or third-party analytics. We remember your English or Spanish choice in your own browser, and the site may use basic cookies needed for it to work. If that changes, we will update this page.
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to download them. Our quote forms run on NowCerts, and our links to Google, Facebook, and Instagram take you to sites with their own privacy practices. We do not control those sites.
6. Keeping your information safe
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or message is completely secure. Please do not email or text us Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, or passwords. If we need sensitive details, we will tell you the safest way to send them.
7. How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it to serve you and as long as insurance and business-records rules require. After that, we delete it or remove identifying details.
8. Your choices
- Ask to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you. Some records must be kept by law, but we will tell you what we can do.
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts.
- Ask us to stop sending you emails other than those needed to service your policy.
Insurance information is also covered by federal and state insurance and financial privacy laws. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy law. Contact us and we will help.
9. Children
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through this site.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

By using argosinsure.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. General information only
This website is for general information. It is not insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice. Descriptions of coverage are summaries only. Your actual coverage is set by the policy issued by the insurance carrier, including its terms, limits, exclusions, and conditions.
2. No coverage until confirmed
Sending a quote request, form, email, text, or voicemail does not start, change, or cancel any coverage. You are covered only when the insurance carrier has accepted your application and we have confirmed in writing that your coverage is in effect, including the effective date and any required payment. Until then, please assume you are not covered.

3. Claims
Do not use this website to report a claim. Call your insurance carrier’s claims number, which is on your policy and ID card, as soon as possible, and let us know so we can help.
4. Quotes and underwriting
Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us. They are subject to carrier underwriting and verification, such as driving and claims records, and can change or be withdrawn. You are responsible for giving us accurate and complete information. Incorrect information can lead to a higher premium, a denied claim, or cancellation of your policy.
5. Independent agency and availability
We are an independent agency and work with many insurance carriers, but we do not represent every carrier, and not every product is available in every state or to every applicant. We offer insurance only in the states where we are licensed. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell insurance in any place where we are not licensed.
6. How we are paid
Insurance carriers typically pay us a commission on the policies we place. In some cases we may also charge a fee, and if we do, we will tell you before you buy.
7. Being contacted
When you submit a request, or give us your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you about that request by phone, text message, or email. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. You do not have to agree to marketing messages to buy insurance from us.
8. Reviews and outside links
Customer reviews shown on this site are excerpts of public reviews from Google. They are the opinions of the people who wrote them and do not promise any particular result for you. Links to other websites, and forms provided by other companies, are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Using the site properly
Please do not misuse this website. That includes submitting false information, or someone else’s information without permission, trying to break or bypass site security, or copying the site with automated tools.
10. Our content
The text, design, and logos on this site belong to Argos Insurance Group, LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Please ask before copying or reusing our content for any other purpose.
11. No guarantees; limits on liability
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is,” without promises that it will be error-free or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, Argos Insurance Group, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility we have as a licensed insurance agency that the law does not allow us to limit.
